Training for Facilitators
EAQ has been involved in equine assisted learning (EAL) since 2005 and developed the first regulated qualifications for the industry.

We have limited availability for places in 2026, so please contact us for more details or to book your place.

One of the keys to the success of any facilitator is their horse awareness and ability to read the horse. EAQ’s Founder, Tricia Day, is passionate about increasing understanding and awareness of the horse and human connection. Tricia said “If, as a facilitator, you are unaware of how you are influencing the horse’s behaviour, how can you provide an authentic experience for a learner?
